Letters revealing secrets, memories, and scandals!
Handwriting styles were developed for most of the characters, reflecting their class, nationalities, and personalities. English Lords and Ladies exchanged letters penned in Copperplate script, while the Buccaneers and their families used Spencerian script.

A lot of the work I did for Buccaneers S2 goes unseen: spreadsheets, scheduling, liaising with printers and buyers and script editors. A large portion of my remaining time was assigned to designing and calligraphing hero props; from my first prop, my decorated envelope and letter at the top of this page, to my last, this marriage annulment document.
As I established the handwriting of many of the characters, I was called to set to hand-double for Nan in the final episode
